How does a batch tracing project usually work?

A batch tracing project typically follows these steps:
In the Onboarding Phase, you start by prioritizing the product or component chains, partners, and processes that are most important for tracing. We assess the current state of your data flows, clarify responsibilities within your organization, and agree on the best communication channels for the project.
Next comes the Technical Implementation Phase. Here, we onboard relevant supply chain partners and map out component and supply chain flows. This includes setting up activity and ID flow mappings for the selected chains. We integrate everything into the Seedtrace Business App, gathering persona and location data and collecting the first batch-specific data. Together, we create a tailored internal dashboard and, if needed, B2B dashboards, focused on the most important data points and KPIs. Additionally, we integrate this data into consumer-facing communication, whether for B2C or B2B2C purposes, and automate data collection wherever possible.
