We are constantly trying to expand our impact claim framework. Nevertheless, it can happen that customers want us to add an impact claim that is not yet in the framework. We also have a quick solution for this.
Click on the "Add new claim" button in the impact claim library. When selecting the impact claim, scroll all the way to the bottom. There you have the option to request new impact claims.
A new window will now open. Enter the name and a description for the missing impact claim and submit the request. We at Seedtrace will check the request and add the missing impact claim to our framework as soon as possible.
